The intent of this pre-solicitation notice is to notify potential offerors of the upcoming solicitation for providing Boiler Maintenance and Repair Services for Naval Submarine Base New London in Groton, CT. The work includes but is not limited to providing all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, facilities, transportation, equipment, and all other items necessary to provide the services as described in Performance Work Statement of the Request for Proposal (RFP).
