Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Hitachi S4800I Service Contract

About this opportunity

Preventive Maintenance, and support of Hitachi S4800I field-emission scanning electron microscope. Contractor shall perform preventive maintenance, calibrate, and adjust components of microscope. The contractor will provide unlimited technical support via phone for minor issues. They will provide onsite troubleshooting and support for more complex issues. Service engineers will make one onsite yearly preventive maintenance service call.
