Must be capable of pushing 10,000 lbs. or more without a physical connection ? Must be battery powered ? Must have emergency stop button ? Must have detachable fixture allowing it to push the payload that is adjustable in height ? Drive mechanism must be tracks or tires, and if tires they must be solid or foam filled ? External surface metal must be powder coated ? Must be able to run a minimum of 6 hours per charge ? Charger must be 120V, single phase
