Amendment 0003 is hereby issued to incorporate Amendment 0003 is issued to incorporate the Government�s consolidated responses to vendor questions and to provide a revised Statement of Work. During the solicitation period, vendors submitted technical and administrative questions following the site visit. The Government reviewed these inquiries and determined that certain clarifications and updates to the Statement of Work were appropriate to ensure all offerors have a common understanding of the requirements.
