The Baltimore District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 1,068 usable square feet of commercial retail space located within a � mile radius of 110 Wallace Avenue, Downingtown, Pennsylvania 19335. The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately 3 Government vehicles both during the day and overnight. Must use Government Lease.
