Pre Solicitation Notice for Science and Technical Support Services for the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), Earthquake Science Center (ESC). The Department of the Interior (DOI), Office of the Secretary (OS), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Acquisition Team intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Solicitation No. 140G0326R0003. This acquisition will be solicited as a total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside.
