About this opportunity
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) desires to lease sufficient Rentable Square Feet (RSF) of real property to yield a minimum 7,500 of American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Managers Association (ANSI/BOMA) Office Area (ABOA) square feet of contiguous space for use as a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) within Maryville, TN. A minimum of 60 on-site parking spaces is required. The Department of Veterans Affairs will consider space located in an existing building as well as land for new construction for build to suit. The Mountain Home VA Medical Center requires a fully serviced, turnkey lease with rent that covers all Lessor costs, including all shell upgrades, operating costs, real estate taxes, and security upgrades.
