About this opportunity
Under the authority of Title 41 United States Code (U.S.C.) �1901(a)(1) as implemented in the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.102(a), the U.S. Army intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price purchase order to Herrick Technology Laboratories, Inc. (HTL) for proprietary user training on the HTL owned radio hardware and software capabilities. The requirement consists of two training events for Army personnel on the proprietary radio hardware and software owned by the vendor. The period of performance will be from the date of award through 31 December 2026. The estimated value of this action is not-to-exceed the simplified acquisition threshold.
