NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Program Contracting Activity (PCAC) intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with Industrial Maintenance Services Inc., a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), for construction services for ERHM Infrastructure Upgrades at the Oscar G. Johnson VA Medical Center (VAMC) located in Iron Mountain, Michigan. This project will upgrade the facility s electric infrastructure to allow the server room to be protected on the critical power branch by integrating a new Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) through an existing Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS).
