This public notice for the acquisition of commercial services is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 5.2 - Synopsis of Proposed Contract Actions and FAR Part 6.2 - Other than Full and Open Competition. The Library of Congress (Library) requires contract support to obtain a comprehensive service agreement for the Gerstel MPS and associated components (filtration, thermal desorption, dynamic headspace modules). The Gerstel MPS system was originally acquired in and, following the completion of the initial warranty period, the equipment was covered for regular service and maintenance under a five-year contract beginning in FY21.
