About this opportunity
The Government is requesting the input from our Contracting Community on the Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) Instructor Operator Support Services (MIOSS) contract. The Government is considering utilizing a Trade Off � Best Value contracting approach for the MIOSS effort. Interested parties are requested to submit recommendations for formulation of Section L (Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors) and Section M (Evaluation Factors for Award) and its criteria by using the Draft PWS attached. Submissions should identify and justify evaluation factors that will achieve the following objectives: Deliver tangible or intangible benefits to the Government.
