THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE-SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES The 436th Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole-source contract to Action Target Inc. (Cage Code: 0N2W7), under the authority of Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 6.103-1, 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1). This is a sole-source requirement based on only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Contracting Officer (CO) may solicit from one source if the CO determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available.
