*Please note, the Statement of Work, Attachment 1 and CLIN Structure, Attachment 3 have been adjusted to Rev 0002 to align with the Floor Plan on 4/21/26. This is in response to the following inquiries from an interested vendor: It appears that there are two workstations in the original Statement of Work provided that are not accounted for in the floor plans. There's a total of 14 workstations listed in the Statement of Work but only 12 workstations shown on the floor plan. There are two sets of workstations in the Statement of Work that are the same size but have different storage needs. The floor plan does not differentiate which workstations go where.
