Dismantling of the gypsum board ceiling and installation of a new ceiling. Basic cleaning of tile flooring and new wall tiling on top of existing tiling (except for the shower area). Basic cleaning of tiling and installation of water-tight sandwich slabs as new walls panels (shower area). Cleaning of wall and ceiling surfaces in the living/sleeping space of the apartment and subsequent new paint finish. Thorough cleaning of all floors as well as coating of PVC flooring.
