NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Regional Procurement Office East (RPOE), Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO 4) intends to award a sole source contract pursuant to RFO FAR 6.103-1 to Polymedco Cancer Diagnostic Products LLC located at 510 Furnace Dock Rd, Cortlandt Manor, NY 10567. Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 4 VA Medical Centers have a requirement for Mailed FIT Program (MFP): Patient Navigation. This service shall be provided for the Department of Veterans Affairs Altoona, Butler, Coatesville, Erie, Lebanon, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Wilkes-Barre, and Wilmington VA Medical Centers.
