The U.S. Army Contracting Command � Intelligence and Security Command (ACC-INSCOM) intend to negotiate and award a sole source effort for FAA approved Level D Full Flight Simulator requirement for pilot initial qualification and recurrent training of the Bombardier Global Express 6500 jet under authority 10 United States Code 3204(a)(1) as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1(a)(2) � Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
