About this opportunity
The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA), Research & Development Contracting Division 2, intends to issue a Request for Prototype Proposal (RPP) on behalf of the Operational Medical Systems, Warfighter Protection and Acute Care Project Management Office for Battlefield Pain Management � Analgesic. The intent is to issue a competitive RPP for the development of an analgesic product with a moderate to severe pain indication through the Food and Drug Administration approval for use on the battlefield, at the point of injury, during Tactical Combat Casualty Care, and/or during Prolonged Casualty Care.
