The U.S. Government is seeking a full service lease for retail office space with the following requirements: A minimum of 2,383 rentable square feet (RSF) and a maximum of 2,510 RSF of retail office space for a U.S. Armed Forces Career Center Total initial lease term shall not equal or exceed five (5) years. Located within a defined delineated area: City Limits of Daly City, CA IS THE DELINEATED AREA A CLOSED BOUNDARY?
