The Air Force Test Center (AFTC) is currently conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing one (1) Woods TBW12.40 Turf Batwing Finish Mower (or a technically equivalent 'brand name or equal' mower deck). The Government is seeking capability statements from all interested vendors, including Small Businesses (SB), 8(a), HUBZone, Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Businesses (EDWOSB), Woman-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).
