Request for offers (RFO) Eligibility of Bidders: Consultant firms eligible and meeting requirements set forth in the Request for offers (RFO) The Government of Senegal (�GoS�) has been selected for the Millennium Challenge Corporation (�MCC�) Grant (�Compact�) and plans to allocate a portion of the proceeds of funding to the payment of contracts for goods, services and works. The Compact includes an investment of about USD 550 million from MCC and an additional contribution of USD 50 million from the Government for a global amount of USD 600 million.
