The U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC)-Fort Knox, on behalf of the United States Army Parachute Team (USAPT), intends to award a firm-fixed-price, sole-source contract to Packing With Liz (CAGE: 4XVS7), located in Kempner, TX. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR OFFERS; a solicitation will not be issued. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, and other items necessary to perform Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Certified Parachute Packing (Rigger Support) services for the USAPT�s Tandem and Competition Teams.
