Notice of Intent to Sole Source � IGW4 Under the authority of RFO 6.103-1(c)(2), the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to issue a sole source contract to Compusult LTD for the International Geospatial Warehouse 4 (IGW4) program. Purpose: The purpose of this contract is to support the International Geospatial Warehouse (IGW) which is essential for overall management of the Multinational Geospatial Co-production Program (MGCP) Portal. The MGCP Portal allows an ability to manage credit entitlements, track production, and quality assurance, store data, plan production, provide reports in various forms, and allow for collaboration through forums as well as private messaging.
