USGS EROS Annual Maintenance Services for Kongsberg Wide-band Demodulators and Test Generators The U.S. Geological Survey, EROS Center, in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, has a requirement for renewal of maintenance and on-call phone and email support for seven (7) Kongsberg demodulators to ensure continuous, optimal performance. Services shall include software, firmware, and patch updates, and technical support as needed. The Period of Performance will be from 10/05/2026 through 10/04/2031. The USGS is aware of no other source that can provide the above. Therefore, it intends to make an award to Kongsberg Aerospace & Defense, unless it is contacted by any who believes they have obtained similar technical expertise and can provide the same service.
