About this opportunity
The National Institute on Aging (NIA) intends to award a firm?fixed?price contract to Baltimore Gas and Electric, P.O. Box 1475, Baltimore, MD 21203, on a non?competitive basis for Mobile Research Vehicles (MRV) electrical service for a period of one year. This acquisition is conducted under the authority of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Contracts for commercial services awarded under FAR Part 12 at a value below the simplified acquisition threshold are exempt from the competition requirements of FAR Part 6.
