Description The Missouri Army National Guard (MOARNG) is issuing this pre-solicitation notice to inform industry of an upcoming requirement for Bulk Diesel Fuel. This procurement will be conducted in accordance with the procedures outlined in RFO 12.201-1(c)(2). Please be advised that this notice is published solely to inform industry of the Government�s intent to solicit quotations directly from at least three fuel terminals and wholesale suppliers located in the local area. The Government does not intend to post a formal solicitation notice on SAM.gov for third-party resellers or brokers to quote.
