The U. S. International Trade Commission (USITC) intends to award a Purchase Order on a sole source basis to the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA), 300 7th Street, S.W., Washington, D.C., under the authority of FAR Subpart 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Attached to this Notice is a Justification and Approval for Other than Full and Open Competition. Executive Order (EO) 13150, Federal Workforce Transportation dated April 21, 2000, mandated that all Federal agencies in the National Capital Region implement a transportation subsidy program.
