Amendment 1: This amendment is to extend the due date for quotations to 6 May 2026. An updated solicitation document and PWS will follow in an amendment early next week. (4/24/26) The requirement is for a comprehensive maintenance and repair services contract to support critical audiovisual infrastructure. The prospective contractor shall provide all necessary labor, parts, materials, and supervision to maintain Video Teleconferencing (VTC) systems, large-scale video walls, and all associated infrastructure.
