SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT- The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, (Nikon Metrology, LLC, 12701 Grand River Road, Brighton, MI 48116 USA , CAGE 1L4U8 .), under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is being sole sourced because service for the device (Nikon XTV160 X-Ray & CT System) can only be provided by the OEM due to the proprietary/unique characteristics of the device.
