AMENDMENT 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the mandatory contract clause FAR 52.222-90, Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors (Apr 2026), as required by Executive Order 14398. The USDA, ARS, PWA requires a high-capacity soil batch mixer to produce enough growing mix to fill pots for 80,000 to 120,000 potato seedlings.
