About this opportunity
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis with FLANN MICROWAVE LIMITED, (CAGE K4055) in Bodmin, UK for the procurement of the items ATTACHED for Waveguide components that are required to calibrate Radio Frequency (RF) Microwave test instruments. The Government intends to procure the above items under the statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. Section 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements."
