THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor will furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform janitorial services at the locations and frequencies described below: Janitorial/cleaning services on a two (2) day per week schedule, 104 Service days, at the following location(s): 1235 OAKLAWN AVENUE, CRANSTON, RI 02920 (1675 SQ FT) This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561720 with a Small Business Size Standard of $22 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
