This is a presolicitation notice for the purchase,installation and training of monitors, screens, PA systems and communications equipment for for Yokota Air Base Building 400 passenger holding area and breifing room . All personnel, equipment, tools, vehicles, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary, to remove all equipment and wiring cables and install all brand-new items on upgrade Passenger Briefing Room with updated Audio-Visual System. The scope of the requirement is as follows. 1 set ; 165 inch Fixed Projection Screen with 1000 Lumen Laser projector mounted on ceiling 8 sets; 55 inch LED/LCD 4K Monitors PA System with 2 Handheld wireless Microphone, 2 digital wireless body clip-on microphones, with charging station for microphones.
