The Health Readiness Contracting Office (HRCO), located in San Antonio, Texas has requirements located OCONUS in Landstuhl, Germany, is interested in establishing Basic Purchase Agreements (BPAs) to provide, Laboratory/Medical Supplies. The period of performance for the BPA will be two years from the date of issue. Period of Performance 01 August 2026 to 31 July 2026.
