About this opportunity
1. The Regional Compact Program Formulation Committee (RCFFC-MCC) has received funding from the Millennium Challenge Corporation to cover the costs of the Regional Energy Compact and intends to use a portion of this funding to pay for the contract with the firm responsible for conducting studies on the cost of electricity utility services, electricity sales and transmission tariffs, and the impact of third-party grid access and the regional market (PIR 3). MCC funding is allocated by the U.S. Congress and committed upfront under the Compact, without incremental or partial funding. Therefore, when a contract is signed with a Responsible Entity, the funds are already available to that Entity, and for most contracts, invoices are paid directly to the bidders by the U.S. Treasury. 2.
