About this opportunity
The Joint Base San Antonio chapel program has a requirement for a non-personal services contract for a vendor to provide a family retreat facilities and services located within a one-hour travel range of Fort Benning, Georgia. This retreat is in support of the Special Warfare Training Wing personnel assigned at Ft. Benning, Georgia. We are seeking an offsite resort that can host a family retreat with the intent to assist with building healthy family relationships. The vendor shall provide guest accommodation for a two-night stay from July 3-5, 2026, for up to 15 adults and 16 children, to include lodging, access to one conference room, audio/video equipment rental, customer service & technical support and access to all the resort amenities including the water park facilities.
