The U.S. Consulate General S�o Paulo is issuing this Request for Quotations (RFQ) for exterior cleaning and gardening services for the CGR S�o Paulo in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS To submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of this solicitation, complete all required portions of the attached documents, and submit electronically to the addresses specified below. BASIS FOR AWARD Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quotation is determined technically acceptable and offers the lowest price.
