This RFI is being issued to determine whether or not there are qualified sources that will be able to meet the requirements of this intended upcoming solicitation. This RFI is for Residential Reentry Center (RRC) to include Home Confinement (HC) placements for male and female offenders located within the city limits of Raliegh, North Carolina. The Home Confinement radius is 200 miles of the facility. Please see the attached RFI document and SOW.
