Notice of Intent to Sole Source Procurement for Wells Data Switches at Fort Drum Description The United States Army Corps of Engineers and/or its agent intends to sole-source to Juniper Networks or an authorized reseller for the procurement of Juniper brand data switches and associated equipment. This notice is issued for informational purposes only and is in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.2, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions.
