The purpose of this amendment is to provide the Government s response to questions from Industry as a result of Solicitation 36C10X26R0019 for NX EQ Combi Oven: QUESTIONS AND ANDREWS Q1. I am reaching out in regard to solicitation 36C10X26R0019 for the combi ovens. We are able to meet the specifications with a few different manufacturers. I was wondering if we are permitted to submit multiple bids for this requirement. GOVERNMENT RESPONSE: Vendors are permitted to submit multiple offers if proposing products from different manufacturers, provided that each offer is complete and meets all solicitation requirements and specifications.
