The Government is seeking information on existing, available industrial properties, as well as properties capable of modification, redevelopment, or build-to-suit delivery, that may support warehouse, logistics, administrative office, outdoor storage, truck circulation, parking, and related mission operations. The anticipated requirement is for a facility where the Government can obtain single-tenant occupancy and operational control of the building, required outdoor yard, parking, circulation, and related site areas.
