Headquarters, Supreme Allied Commander Transformation (HQ SACT) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the provision of all furniture, equipment, transportation, tools, and management necessary to procure and install new office furniture and collaboration systems. The contract includes design/layout services. In lieu of a bidder�s conference, HQ SACT invites bidders to a site survey that will be conducted on 19 May 2026 at 10:00AM at HQ SACT, 7857 Blandy Rd, Suite 100, Norfolk, VA, 23551. Notify the Contracting Officers listed on this RFP of those members who are attending the site survey no later than 15 May 2026.
