1. The sources sought is for informational purposes only in conducting market research. USTRANSCOM Acquisition Directorate anticipates issuance of a solicitation for Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) in Yokohama, Japan. The Government anticipates issuing an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a base period of performance of 01 April 2027 through 31 March 2032, with an optional six-month extension. .
