NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order on a sole source basis to TechInsights USA Inc. for a 12-month commercial subscription to an integrated connected-device data platform. This acquisition is conducted under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), which permits soliciation from a single source when only one source is reasonably available. The required platform must provide historical retail pricing data and device-model-level technical specifications within a single, unified, queryable database environment.
