The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center (KHC) in Kayenta, Arizona, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to Climatec, LLC, 2851 W Kathleen Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85053 (UEI #: ETT3RZENFD63) for Energy Management & Control System service (Quarterly testing & inspection, technical support, and software update services) for the Facility Maintenance Department. The period of performance will be a Base plus two (2) option years. The award will sole-source the procurement to Climatec, LLC in accordance with 12.102-1(a), for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT).
