About this opportunity
DoWEA requires a commercial, off-the-shelf (COTS), 100% digital comprehensive instructional solution for K-12 instructional resources and transition education for students with moderate-severe cognitive disabilities. The proposed solution shall include related professional learning and technical support. The Contractor shall allow DoWEA to download resources as needed. For example, a teacher may want to provide a printed worksheet for all students or an entire textbook for a student with an individual educational program (IEP) requiring that accommodation. Notes: DoWEA expects to award one contract for this requirement. All downloaded/printed resources will be for internal use only.
