Introduction This is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source and a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for a commercial service, prepared in accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO), including the deviated FAR Part 5 posting requirements and FAR 12.6 as revised.
