The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source contract with: VECTOR PSYCHOMETRIC GROUP, LLC 847 EMILY LN CHAPEL HILL, 27516 USA SAM UEI: K4ALKNLEDFM5 The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 1, intends to award a one-year contract on a sole source basis for the Headache Center of Excellence program at the VA Connecticut Healthcare System, West Haven, CT. This contract will support continued development of Patient Reported Outcome (PRO) measurements and an item bank focused on headache symptoms and impacts important to Veterans.
