The U.S. Government desires to procure all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide lodging, facilities, and meals for 220 cadets and 52 cadre from the Houston Independent School District Junior Reserve Officers� Training Corps (JROTC) Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC) and Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Camp from 8 to 13 June 2026 on a college or university campus within 100 miles of Houston, TX on a small business set-aside basis, provided two (2) or more qualified small businesses respond to this notice with information sufficient to support a set-aside.
