Synopsis: NASA/NSSC has a requirement for Replace interior lighting at B-4400 with energy efficient LED lighting. . NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to MISSISSIPPI POWER CO 2992, West Beach Boulevard Gulfport, Mississippi 39501-1805, United States under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). It has been determined that MISSISSIPPI POWER CO is the sole provider of Replace interior lighting at B-4400 with energy efficient LED lighting.
