This notice is prepared IAW RFO FAR 5.1 and 12.201-1(c)(2). THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS. The Government intends to solicit this requirement directly from suppliers IAW RFO FAR 12.201-1(c)(2) for firm-fixed price service contract to repair of gates S-18 and S-19 at Akasaka Press Center (APC). Anticipated award date is around 30 Jun 2026 (subject to change). Description of Services: The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials and any other items or services necessary to perform repair of gates S-18 and S-19 at Akasaka Press Center (APC).
